Dance can be a fun way to stay fit, lose weight and increase your confidence as you walk taller and more gracefully. Dance is a creative outlet and form of self-expression for anyone who wants to become more connected with their body and mind. Some benefits to studying the art of dance are:

I specialize in teaching dance technique to both children and adults, and I choreograph solos for and coach children applying to Gifted and Talented programs. I currently teach dance in the Upper School (grades 9-12) at Poly Prep Country Day School in Brooklyn, New York, and am available for group and private lessons.
